  Delivery

  Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and sent via the Post Office. Standard postage will be £5. Free postage over £100 pounds. We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and must be paid at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control. If you fail to accept delivery or provide an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.

  Return

  We want you to be happy with your purchase, but as a small business we operate under a strict returns policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be refunded.

  2. Items Excluded

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or similar intimate items.
  • Sale/clearance items are final sale unless faulty.

  3. Process

  • To request a return, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You then have 14 further days to send the item(s) back to us.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked delivery, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

  4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

  5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.

  6. Faulty Goods

  • If your item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a refund or replacement in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
